How we work

Editorial standards for timelines, shipping guides, and escalation content.

Publishing bar

We publish a hub only when it includes:

  • A direct answer in the first 100 words
  • Structured stage or day-range tables — not prose-only filler
  • At least two official source URLs
  • Scenario-specific FAQs (10+ for timeline/escalation hubs)
  • A last-verified date
  • Cross-links between paired timeline and escalation pages

Anti-spam discipline

We do not swap company names into a generic template. Each entity page documents that company's channels, documentation requirements, and time limits from their help center. New clusters ship at 2–3 URLs per week maximum during solo operation.

Corrections

If a policy changed, send the official URL to corrections@consumerresolution.com. We update the page and the last-verified date — we do not silently edit without noting verification.

Funding

The site may carry display advertising after sufficient indexed content. Ads do not influence editorial order, tool outputs, or escalation steps.

Common questions

Do you accept payment to rank companies higher?
No. We do not sell placement, leads, or favorable coverage.
How do you verify timelines?
Each hub lists official help-center or government URLs and a last-verified ISO date. We re-check winners from Google Search Console quarterly.
Are tools storing my data?
No. v1 tools run entirely in your browser. We do not log form inputs.
Is this legal advice?
No. Pages describe common procedures. For legal questions, consult a licensed attorney in your state.
